中药“六神曲”发酵工艺研究进展

摘要:六神曲为临床常用曲剂,具有健脾和胃,消食调中的功效,常用于饮食停滞,胸痞腹胀,呕吐泻痢,小儿腹大坚积等疾病。六神曲由传统发酵法炮制而成,但各地发酵工艺各异。本文对文献所记载的六神曲制作过程的发酵工艺、质量标准及炮制规范进行了对比总结,旨在为发酵类中药的研究和探索提供参考。

Research Progress on Fermentation Technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine“Medicated Leaven”

AbstractMedicated Leaven is herbal leaven commonly used in clinic, It has the effect of invigorating the spleen and stomach,  eliminating food and regulating body, It is commonly used in food stagnation, chest tightness,abdominal distension,vomiting,diarrhea, abdominal mass in children and other diseases. Medicated Leaven is made by traditional fermentation, However, the fermentation technology varies from place to place. In this paper, the fermentation technology, quality standards and processing specifications of Medicated Leaven recorded in the literature were compared and summarized, in order to provide reference for the research and exploration of traditional fermented Chinese medicine.
